Shipping policy

We usually dispatch goods within 24 working hours of receiving the order. Pre-order products are shipped according to the date stated on the product. If it were to take longer, we will let you know by email.

Delivery

• Slovakia: SPS Balíkovo (pick-up point or home) or SPS courier, usually within 2 working days
• Czech Republic: Packeta to a pick-up point or home
• Other EU countries: Slovenská pošta (Slovak Post) or courier with parcel tracking
• Outside the EU: on an individual basis, write to us at ahoj@zurnal.sk

We do not offer personal collection.

Shipping cost

You will see the exact price in the basket before payment. Shipping is free on orders over €100.

Payment

• By card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via the Stripe payment gateway
• By bank transfer
