She founded the BE-DNA organization, which strategically connects the employee experience with other business pillars to positively impact the customer experience and company success. Her emphasis on diversity and inclusion was also reflected in the co-founding of the **BE ID human** organization, where she provides workshops for managers aimed at creating an inclusive work environment. With a passion for corporate culture and the development of human potential, he helps create tools that improve working relationships and support the personal growth of employees.
