Our co-author, Zuzana Reľovská, has been dedicated to the development of personal qualities for a long time and helps people bring positive changes to their lives and work. After her own intense experience with burnout in 2011, she set out to study this phenomenon and search for ways to recovery. She explored different approaches, from classical medicine to alternative methods, until she found the answers in her own introspection and a return to life values. Today, he specializes in building personal resilience, preventing burnout and supporting self-discovery. As part of his professional activities, he leads lectures and webinars on the topics of mental resilience and well-being in companies and teams. Her goal is to help clients discover and apply their own sources of courage and support them in the sustainability of their decisions.
